Eligibility for Returns

Refund Method
As we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be issued in cash or through a mutually agreed method during the return process.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing once the return is received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, custom configurations, or special clearance pricing. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
